On Friday, 6 February 2015, I visited Chadstone Shopping Centre ( in suburban Melbourne) with my Sony RX1R in bag and was surprised to find a Tesla on display. The Tesla is new to Australia. It’s a fully electric car and its batteries are recharged from a special power point which can be fitted in your garage or wherever else required – such as in the Chadstone Shopping Centre. The last photo shows power stand and cable connecting to the car. It looks just like a petrol station hose and filler.
